A precise mosaic requires careful processing and the use of specially designed tools: among these, assembly jigs are of fundamental importance.

Among the different types, we find open-hole jigs, suitable for classic and regular formats, frames, widely used in the world of artistic mosaics, and the so-called carved jigs, for more daring projects.

To achieve an excellent result, each jig requires a construction tailored to the individual tessera: this is why each of our items is custom-made, based on the client’s choices in terms of internal tolerances, grout thickness, and total module of the finished sheet.

The most modern derivative is the cutting tray, a shaped guide equipped with drainage channels, particularly useful in the ceramic industry to simplify the machine cutting process from which the tesserae will be created.
